Mobile e-Loan Negotiation Architecture

Mobile banking is getting a lot of attention as a result of the fact that the majority of the world population has some kind of mobile device and the rate of acceptance of mobile banking is increasing. To stay ahead of competition banks should take this opportunity to re-engineer the traditional time consuming process of loan negotiation and introduce mobile loan negotiation. In this work we propose a mobile banking negotiation that will provide help to bank mobile clients as well as online customers in selecting bank and negotiating loan on conditions that satisfy them. We use an integrated approach of intelligent agent and Case Based Reasoning in design of the framework for electronic bank loan system as an alternative to existing paper-based version. The main task of this model is to conduct negotiations on behalf prospective borrowers and bank representatives.
